Return Guidelines
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- Returns must be requested before sending any products back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to a change of mind.
- If shipping damage makes the material unusable or an incorrect item was shipped, Snakewood Supply will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Products that have been cut, machined, sanded, finished, or otherwise modified are not eligible for return.
